Kristie is a mother and a certified birth, postpartum, breastfeeding, and infant sleep educator/counselor. She is also seeking certification as a trauma-informed professional to support families in finding healing and strength throughout their birth and parenting journeys.
Can children attend? Breastfeeding babies are expected and welcome. No childcare is provided at this time. This group is planned strategically on evenings and weekends in hopes that mothers may break away and be refreshed, so it is not intended to be a playgroup. However, we do not want childcare to prevent anyone from participating, so toddlers or older children who can play quietly with their mother nearby are also welcome.
